Today, while walking along outside and thinking about art in general and after looking at a fractal art gallery, I noticed something that is contrary to perfect art. Thinking more about it, I decided to whip out my pen and note pad and write down the small simple things that I observed that I probably take for granted in my every day life. Things that often go unnoticed when creating art.

1. insects
2. lines attempt to be straight but they are not
3. vision is obscured by foliage
4. glass causes distraction and interference
5. splattered fluids
6. rust stains on white cement walkways
7. branding on city property
8. dirt and rain damage on buildings
9. different shades of ground covers
10. dead grass
11. weeds
12. ground covers kicked onto sidewalks
13. pillars attempt to be the same height but aren't
14. different types and shapes of hole covers
15. litter - small pieces of paper
16. sidewalk slants or sinks
17. tar spots on walkway near asphalt
18. untrimmed trees
19. under filled planters
20. faded parking lot paint
21. construction paint (sprayed on sidewalks, and such)
22. scratches on street signs
23. cracked foundations
24. antennas and dishes on rooftops
25. closed stores with stuff in them
26. mispainted light posts
27. misaligned signs on same sign post
28. worn pain on hole covers
29. cut or ground down cement
30. dirty building signs
31. weed blocker showing through ground cover
32. bare ground next to grass
33. fallen leaves on sidewalk and ground
34. broken tiles on walkway

45. Christmas lights out of season on lamps and trees
46. asphalt used to fix cement walkways

48. screws to hold panels onto lamps
49. grass of differing lengths and breadths
50. water stains on cement
51. scratches on metal box
52. chipped pain on sign posts and cross walk buttons
53. paint on sprinkler head near painted curbs
